All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information or financial data on our servers.

• Local Storage Only: All expenses, income, and transaction data are stored exclusively on your device using local database storage.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not sync your data to any cloud servers or external databases.
• No Account Required: The app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Financial account credentials
• Transaction history or expense data
• Location data
• Analytics or usage statistics
• Device information beyond what's necessary for app functionality

3. Permissions We Request

The app requires certain permissions to function properly:

• Storage Access: To save and export your transaction data as CSV files to your device.
• Camera Access: Optional, only used if you choose to scan receipts using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. Images are processed locally and not stored or transmitted.
• Biometric Authentication: Optional, to secure your app with fingerprint or face recognition. Biometric data never leaves your device.

4. Internet Connectivity

The app requests internet permission for the following limited purposes:

• Font Loading: To download and display Google Fonts (Sora font family) for a better user experience.
• Future Updates: For potential future features that may require internet connectivity (will be optional and clearly communicated).

Important: The app functions fully offline. Your financial data never requires or uses internet connectivity.

5. Data Export

You have full control over your data:

• You can export your transactions as CSV files at any time.
• Exported files are saved to your device's local storage in the location you choose.
• We do not have access to any exported files.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party components:

• Google Fonts: For displaying the Sora font family. Font files are cached locally after first download.
• Google ML Kit: For local OCR text recognition from receipt images. All processing happens on your device.

These services do not have access to your financial data.

7. Data Security

Your data security is our priority:

• All data is stored in an encrypted local database on your device.
• Optional biometric authentication adds an extra layer of security.
• No data transmission means no risk of interception during transfer.

8. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data, users of all ages can safely use the app.

9. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: Access all your data anytime within the app.
• Delete: Delete individual transactions or clear all data from the app settings.
• Export: Export your data to CSV format whenever you want.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
